Admission procedures

Step 1: Select a study programme.

Look at the list of programmes offered at University of Dąbrowa Górnicza on our website www.wsb.edu.pl.

 

Step 2: Check requirements

Check if you meet our requirements to apply for an undergraduate or postgraduate study programme. 

To be admitted to the Program in English, students are expected to be proficient enough in English to participate in lectures as well as read, write and take exams in the English language. Applicants whose native language is not English should prepare documents to confirm their English skills.

 

Step 3: Submit your application

 

3.1 Documents required

 


All EU-students within Erasmus Programme must submit the following documents:

  1. Application form
  2. Copy of valid passport or Identity Card
  3. 3 recent passport size photographs one soft copy.
  4. The official  E111 of E128 forms to prove affiliation to a Health Insurance Fund or Company in your country of origin
  5. Nomination Letter issued by your home University


All non-EU-students must submit the following documents:

  1. Application form
  2. Copy of valid passport or Identity Card
  3. 3 recent passport size photographs one soft copy.
  4. Certificate of high school graduation with sworn translation into Polish language
  5. Medical examination certificate to undetake studies with sworn certified translation into Polish language
  6. Birth certificate  with sworn translation into Polish language
  7. The official E111 of E128 forms to prove affiliation to a Health Insurance Fund or Company in your country of origin (if not register with a Polish health insurance)
  8. Document of fee payment. For more information about tuition fees please contact with relations Office, e-mail: info@wsb.edu.pl.

An official recognition of a foreign diploma or tertiary- level school graduation certificate, if it was obtained abroad. Candidates with foreign high school graduation certificate should contact appropriate foreign institutions to get assistance on which documents are needed to recognise the document. All document should be scanned and sent altogether to pdf document by mail to: info@wsb.edu.pl and then by post to the following address:

3.2 Once the registration documents are correct and payment has been made,  the Letter of Acceptance is sent to the candidate in order to apply for a visa.
