Admission Procedure
1) Preparation of the necessary documents.
You will be asked to prepare and upload all required documents to the admissions portal. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of arrival.

2) Registration on our official website wsb.edu.pl for your selected course:

After your account is created, you will receive an activation link via email — please remember to check your SPAM folder as well. The activation process may take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours.
While waiting for confirmation, please avoid creating multiple accounts.
Once activated, log in to the system, complete your personal details, and upload scanned copies of your documents.
3) Initial pre-screening of your application - Entrance Exam and Interview. In case of acceptance.
All candidates are required to take an online entrance exam and interview conducted on the Moodle platform with live supervision via Microsoft Teams. Devices with a webcam and microphone (laptop/PC) are required. Participation via mobile phones is not allowed.
4) Payment of your tuition and admission fee – unless exempt – based on the official Invoice available on the portal or received from your admission officer.
Payments must be made to the University’s EUR bank account as indicated on the invoice. If paying in another currency, please note possible differences due to exchange rates.Please note that detailed tuition fees are provided in the descriptions of each specific program.
5) Receival and signing of your Learning Agreement and Rectors Decision.
6) Receival of your Letters of Acceptance and further Visa application if needed.
One free shipment of the Letter of Acceptance is included (Poland or abroad). Additional shipments must be covered by the candidate.
Please keep the Admissions Office informed about your visa status and planned arrival.
7) Arrival on campus, or in case of Visa refusal application for Tuition fee refund.
Upon arrival, you are required to visit the Admissions Office (Cieplaka 1C, Dąbrowa Górnicza, room 218) for final verification and to sign your documents. Please bring all hard copies with you.
