WSB University does not accept any payments made to unverified bank accounts that lack an official seal, stamp, and authorized signature. Such payments will be rejected and cannot be processed.
To ensure your payment is correctly matched to your application, please include the following in the payment title:
Your full name (first and last)
Your application ID and/or faculty name (optional, but recommended for faster processing)

Yes, you can. Please make sure that you input the correct details and that the payment title corresponds to your name and surname as it is in your international passport. Please make sure to download the proof of payment as a PDF and then send it to us.
No, it will not. Only the official PDF document can be accepted.

Yes, tuition fee is refundable based on the official document of visa refusal from the embassy. Admission fee is not refundable.

After payment the confirmation needs to be sent to your admission officer and uploaded to the website. It is important to do both as finalisation.
