Admission Procedure
1. Preparation of Required Documents
Before starting your application, prepare and upload all necessary documents to the admissions portal.
Important: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of arrival.

2. Registration on the Official WSB Website
Register for your selected course on wsb.edu.pl:
Studies in English – Bachelor’s
Studies in English – Master’s
Studies in Polish
Studies in Ukrainian
After creating your account, you will receive an activation link via email (check your SPAM folder). Activation may take a few minutes up to 24 hours.
Note: Avoid creating multiple accounts while waiting for confirmation.
Once activated, log in to the portal, complete your personal details, and upload scanned copies of your documents.
 
3. Initial Pre-Screening – Entrance Exam and Interview
- Conducted via the Moodle platform with live supervision on Microsoft Teams
- Laptop or PC with a webcam and microphone is required
- Mobile phones cannot be used for participation
 
4. Payment of Tuition and Admission Fee
Make the payment unless you are exempt:
- Use the official invoice from the portal or your admission officer
- Payments should be made to the University’s EUR bank account
- If paying in another currency, exchange rate differences may apply

5. Learning Agreement and Rector’s Decision
After payment, you will receive and sign your Learning Agreement and the Rector’s Decision.
 
6. Letters of Acceptance and Visa Application
- You will receive your Letter of Acceptance, required for visa application if applicable
- One free shipment of the Letter of Acceptance is included (within Poland or abroad)
- Additional shipments are the candidate’s responsibility
- Keep the Admissions Office informed about your visa status and planned arrival
 
7. Arrival on Campus or Tuition Fee Refund
- Upon arrival, visit the Admissions Office (Cieplaka 1C, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Room 218) for final verification and signing of documents
- Bring all hard copies of your documents
- In case of visa refusal, you may apply for a tuition fee refund
