Payment Information for WSB University Students

Uprzejmie informujemy, iż w dniu 03 kwietnia 2026 roku kasa będzie czynna w godzinach 8:00 – 16:00

We would like to inform you that on April 3, 2026, the cashier's office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• When and where can I pay by card and cash?

  Card payments can be made in room 316 (Dąbrowa Górnicza) from Monday to Saturday.
  Cash and card payments can be made in room 112 (Dąbrowa Górnicza)  on Monday,Tuesday and Friday.

• Can I pay in installments?
  Unfortunately, installment payments are not available.
• How can I get a certificate of no arrears?
  Simply send us an email one day before your visit. We’ll prepare the document for you, and the usual waiting time is about one business day.
• Can I get an invoice for payments from my home country?
  Yes! If you plan to make a payment from your home country, we can issue an invoice for you. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything on time.
• What happens if I pay late?
  Please be aware that late payments may be subject to an additional fee. To avoid extra costs, make sure to pay before the due date.
