The conference will take place on November 19, 2020. Due to the Corona Virus COVID-19 pandemic situation, the conference will be held on-line.

This event is organized to celebrate the 80th birthday of Wojciech Kojs, PhD, ProfTit, and the 15th anniversary of the Department of Education at the WSB Academy. Over 60 participants from Polish and foreign universities (from the USA, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania, Ukraine, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) have announced their participation.

The chairman of the Organizing Committee is Jerzy Kochanowicz, PhD, Assoc.Prof.

The conference will take place in Poland on 23rd and 24th September 2020 and is addressed to researchers and practitioners, dealing with different aspects of territorial and inter-organizational cooperation in the context of local, regional and international dimension.

The Virtual participation is also welcome.

The chairman of the Organizing Committee is dr hab. Joanna Kurowska-Pysz, prof. AWSB.

The conference was organized by the WSB University and the co-organizers: the University of Žilina (Slovakia) and the Technical University in Ostrava (Czech Republic) on 6th and 7th June 2019 in Brenna, Poland.

The conference was attended by nearly 115 scientists representing over 50 research centers from 17 countries. The chairman of the Organizing Committee was dr hab. Włodzimierz Sroka, prof. AWSB.

The conference, that took place at WSB University on 11th and 12th May 2019, aimed to review scientific and research works and scientific problems of PhD students from universities and non-academic units from around the country. It drawn attention to the basic methodological issues important from the point of view of progress in the implementation of promotion work. It allowed the exchange of scientific achievements, experiences and views and discussion and presentation of achievements regarding the paradigms of modern organization management.

The plan of the conference, which is very unusual for such organizational forms of scientific meetings addressed to PhD students, consisted of direct discussion and exchange of views with independent researchers. Such master-student relations allowed to improve the scientific and research workshop of each conference participant.

The Congress was organised between 28th and 31st May 2018 at WSB University, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland and was the first international scientific event prepared together with the partners by the Institute of Studies on Territorial and Inter-organizational Cooperation of the WSB University, as part of the development of a scientific school of research on territorial and inter-organizational cooperation. For this purpose, the university received funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the Regional Initiative of Excellence program, addressed to the universities standing out in the regions. This program supports projects developing scientific research strategies in selected disciplines at leading academic centers.
