Payment Instructions


Tuition payment is required only after a successful interview and must be made exclusively via the official invoice issued by our admissions team.

Important:

WSB University does not accept any payments made to unverified bank accounts that lack an official seal, stamp, and authorized signature. Such payments will be rejected and cannot be processed.

To ensure your payment is correctly matched to your application, please include the following in the payment title:

  • Your full name (first and last)
  • Your application ID and/or faculty name (optional, but recommended for faster processing)

Please remember to save and print your Invoice. Some Embassies ask for it as part of the Visa application pack.

After payment the confirmation needs to be sent to your admission officer and uploaded to the website. It is important to do both as finalisation.
