Announcement of publication in Routledge

In December, the renowned British publishing house Routledge will publish a book written by Katarzyna Szczepańska-Woszczyna – Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Vice Rector for Science and Education at WSB University.

The monograph Management Theory, Innovation, and Organization. A Model of Managerial Competencies illustrates the organizational determinants of innovation, i.e. the relationship between strategy, structure, organizational culture and leadership, as well as knowledge management and innovation management. The developed model can undoubtedly be considered as a pioneering contribution to research on managerial competences and innovation.

The publication will be a valuable source of knowledge for scientists, students and managers in the field of leadership, organizational studies, innovation management and human resource management.

The publication is funded under the program of the Minister of Science and Higher Education titled „Regional Initiative of Excellence”.
