WSB University has become a partner of one of the scientific events, which will be held on 11-14.10.2021 within the "19th European Week of Regions and Cities" in Brussels.
The workshop "Citizens at the forefront of the development of cross-border living areas" will take place online on 14.10.2021 and is organized by the Transfrontier Euro-Institut Network (TEIN).
One of the panelists at the workshop is Joanna Kurowska-Pysz, PhD, Professor AWSB, Director of the Institute for Territorial and Inter-Organizational Cooperation Studies. The lecture will be devoted to grassroots social initiatives, which were undertaken during the pandemic on the Polish-Czech border, in defense of cross-border workers.
