First Transnational Partner Meeting – 11.03.2023

The inaugural gathering of the EQUATION consortium occurred in Bled, Slovenia, under the coordination of CEEMAN – the International Association for Management Development. Throughout the proceedings, CEEMAN forged connections with partner universities: IEDC-Bled School of Management, Vistula University, WSB University, and Riga Technical University. Participants in the meeting reached a consensus on task allocation and established a collaborative schedule to facilitate the program's implementation over the ensuing two years. 

The EQUATION project seeks to level the playing field for women and men in higher education, particularly within management schools and business contexts. The initiative aims to create tools and training programs for universities and accrediting institutions, equipping their personnel to effectively address and mitigate gender disparities. This strategic approach is envisioned to trigger enduring cultural and institutional transformations, fostering a more equitable environment.
