Golden Student - support programme for the most talented students

Mentoring programms, individual consultations with career advisors, special training courses, or study visits and meetings with practitioners - these are just some of the forms of support WSB University offers for the most talented students under the "Golden Student" programme. This years inauguration took place on Tuesday, 9 November, at the WSB University campus in Dabrowa Gornicza.

The "Golden Student" project aims to help discover and develop the talents of the best students who want to improve their competencies and gain new experience. The special mentoring programme is designed to support young people in building up their professional potential and their career paths, while also engaging them in student life and activities of the University. Thanks to this, the best students will become ambassadors of the WSB University.

Project participants were welcomed at the inauguration by:

- dr Marcin Lis, Prorector for Students and Cooperation with the Environment at the WSB University,
- dr Sabina Ratajczak, Vice-Rector for Development at the WSB University.

The lecture for students "How to increase the power of your mind in the new year?" was delivered by Dr Edyta Nowak-Żółty, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Branch Offices of the WSB University in Cieszyn.

Students also got acquainted with the activities of academic scientific circles and took part in thematic workshops. At the end, all participants of the "Golden Student" programme received the latest gadgets of the WSBU - stylish sweatshirts, ideal for chilly autumn.
