MBA Academic Gala

Postgraduate diplomas, awards and Rector's Awards. On Friday 23 June, the WSB University hosted the Academic Gala of the Executive MBA, Master of Business Administration (EY faculty partner) and Executive MBA for the water industry.

The ceremonial gala was inaugurated by:

• dr hab. Marcin Lis, prof. AWSB - Pro-rector for Student Affairs and Cooperation with the Environment of WSB University,
• Superintendent Rafał Kochańczyk - Voivodeship Police Commander in Opole,
• Mr Michał Błeszyński - representative of EY, MBA studies partner.

As part of the MBA studies, students prepared implementation projects in areas such as: HR, finance, process and project management, marketing and sales management. The best implementation projects were awarded.

RECTOR'S AWARDS

The Rector's award in the "NATURAL LEADER" category for optimism, charisma and courage; inspiring and motivating others by their own example, encouraging them to take up challenges and infecting them with energy, passion and ideas was awarded to Ms Ewelina Walocha - Żmuda, Master of Business Administration graduate (EY faculty partner). Award: Co-Drive Monster Truck.

Rector's award in the category "STAROST OF THE YEAR" - for her inquisitive nature, search for new and creative solutions, and empathetic approach to challenges was awarded to Ms Agnieszka Zarychta, Graduate of the Executive MBA course for the water industry. The award is a relaxing floating session.

The Rector's award in the "SUSPICIOUS SPIRIT" category for energy, joie de vivre, sincere smile, openness and passing on positive vibes to others was awarded to Ms Aldona Urbanek, Executive MBA graduate. The award: an evening at a Mexican restaurant.

During the gala, diplomas were handed out to MBA graduates.

The gala concluded with a performance by special guest - Mr Krzysztof Respondek.
