Meeting "Academic promotions: experiences, good practices, challenges for the future"

On Friday 19 May, WSB University hosted a meeting entitled. "Scientific promotions: experiences, good practices, challenges for the future". During it, the assembled academics had the opportunity to explore the ins and outs of the procedures for doctoral, postdoctoral and professorial promotions.

The meeting was inaugurated by:

• Prof. Łukasz Sułkowski, Ph.D. - Pro-rector for Research and Staff Development at WSB University,
• dr hab. Katarzyna Szczepańska, prof. AWSB - Pro-rector for Science and Education of WSB University.

The meeting discussed the challenges faced by researchers and shared the most effective practices that can support researchers on their path to promotion.
