Rector of WSB University President of the Chamber Council of the GIS in Katowice
On 29 June 2023, the Reporting and Election General Meeting of Members of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice was held. Tomasz Zjawiony was re-elected President for the next term - for 2023-28. Prof. Zdzisława Dacko-Pikiewicz, Rector of the WSB University, was elected Chairman of the Chamber's Council.
"There is a saying: if you want to go fast - go alone, if you want to go far - do it as a team. Thank you for your support and trust. For being with us. Remember that GIS is a home for entrepreneurs". - emphasised President Tomasz Zjawiony, thanking all those who have worked for the development of the institution of economic self-government over the last 5 years.
Special thanks were addressed to the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Janusz Steinhoff, who served as Chairman of the Chamber's Council for five terms.
