Visit of international students to WSB University as part of Erasmus+ program
From October 16 to 20, a group of international students from partner Universities Liepaja University, American Romanian University, Vilniaus Kolegija and St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo took part in a mixed intensive program (BIP) under the Erasmus+ program.
The theme of the fall edition of the program was diversity and inclusion from a multidisciplinary perspective - 'Diversity&Inclusion'. During online meetings and a one-week stay in Poland at the WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Kraków, students attended lectures and workshops on team building methods, design thinking, diversity of selected parts of the world and diversity management in organizations.
The program also included a meeting with representatives of the Diversity Hub Foundation, a meeting with foreign students of the WSB University, a specially prepared Urban Game and a trip to Zakopane.
During their stay in Poland, the students' task was to record 'Diversity Vlogs', which will be presented during the final online meeting.
