Professor Łukasz Sułkowski, PhD, DSc

Professor Łukasz Sułkowski, PhD, DSc

Professor Łukasz Sułkowski, PhD, DSc, is one of Poland’s leading scholars in management sciences, with academic roots in economics and humanities. He is a faculty member at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

He previously served as Vice-President for International Affairs and Quality Expert at the Polish Accreditation Committee. Currently, he is the President of PCG Polska.

For over 20 years, he has gained extensive managerial experience, serving on the management and supervisory boards of numerous Polish and international companies, including Goplana, Nestlé, Fazer, FPL Consultant, Polski Len, GTL, and PCG.

Professor Sułkowski is the author of over 300 publications and has led or participated in 15 research grants, including those funded by the Committee for Scientific Research, the National Science Centre, the Ministry of Science, and the European Union.

He was the principal investigator of the NCN project "Quality Culture in Polish Universities" and currently leads the DIALOG project "Organisational Improvement of the Universities of the Future (UNIFUT.PL)".

He is an active member of several international academic organizations and networks, including the Academy of Management (USA), the International Family Enterprise Research Association (IFERA), the Réseau Pays du Groupe de Visegrád (France), and the European Academy of Management (EURAM).

Professor Jerzy Kochanowicz, PhD, DSc

Professor Jerzy Kochanowicz, PhD, DSc

Professor Jerzy Kochanowicz, PhD, DSc, is a scholar in the field of pedagogy and Professor of Social Sciences. He obtained his PhD in Frankfurt am Main and his postdoctoral degree (habilitation) at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He has held research fellowships in the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, and has taught internationally at universities in Austria, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania.

His research focuses on the history of education, religious pedagogy, and intercultural education. He has presented his work at conferences across Europe and participated in major international projects, including the Erasmus+ initiative ED-ON. Currently, he represents Poland in the Management Committee of the COST Action History of Identity Documentation in European Nations. He has supervised six PhD candidates in pedagogy, including international scholars.

Paulina Polko, PhD, DSc, Professor at WSB University

Paulina Polko, PhD, DSc, Professor at WSB University, is Head of the Department of Security Studies at the WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza (Poland). Her research interests focus on globalization processes, leadership challenges, securitization, and the expanding concept of security.

She is the author of numerous academic and popular science publications. Before her academic career, she worked as a journalist, civil servant, and analyst at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland and the National Security Bureau.
