Professor Łukasz Sułkowski, PhD, DSc, is one of Poland’s leading scholars in management sciences, with academic roots in economics and humanities. He is a faculty member at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
He previously served as Vice-President for International Affairs and Quality Expert at the Polish Accreditation Committee. Currently, he is the President of PCG Polska.
For over 20 years, he has gained extensive managerial experience, serving on the management and supervisory boards of numerous Polish and international companies, including Goplana, Nestlé, Fazer, FPL Consultant, Polski Len, GTL, and PCG.
Professor Sułkowski is the author of over 300 publications and has led or participated in 15 research grants, including those funded by the Committee for Scientific Research, the National Science Centre, the Ministry of Science, and the European Union.
He was the principal investigator of the NCN project "Quality Culture in Polish Universities" and currently leads the DIALOG project "Organisational Improvement of the Universities of the Future (UNIFUT.PL)".
He is an active member of several international academic organizations and networks, including the Academy of Management (USA), the International Family Enterprise Research Association (IFERA), the Réseau Pays du Groupe de Visegrád (France), and the European Academy of Management (EURAM).
