Master in Management - Logistics Management

Knowledge you acquire

This specialisation is created for people who associate their professional future with Logistics and want to deepen their knowledge and skills in the field of logistics, business processes and the functioning of enterprises in the area of managing their organization and supply chains.

  • Second-cycle master's studies are intended for people with a bachelor's or engineer's degrees, including graduates of first-cycle studies in the field of Management Engineering.
  • A graduate of the Logistics Management specialisation can find employment in various sectors of the economy as a specialist in international logistics, a specialist in creating sales networks, a supply chain specialist, or a logistics department manager.
  • Completing the specialization allows to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of: legal aspects of business in logistics, new management concepts in logistics, international and global logistics, production logistics, supply logistics, design of logistics systems, organization and planning, trade negotiations, use of IT systems in logistics, coordination and supervision of supply chains, coordination of the purchasing, sales and cooperation processes with suppliers, warehousing logistics, production logistics, transport, distribution, analysis of the logistics services market.

Selected basic content: modern trends in economics, application of statistical methods in business, commercial law, contracts in business.
