George Ionescu is a university professor at the Romanian-American University of Bucharest, specialized in financial markets and sustainable finance, also a business consultant.
He has over 25 years of experience in financial markets, experience in portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, as well as venture capital and private equity funds.
Also concerned about sustainable finance and sustainable business development, he is the author of several books and has published over 50 articles in scientific journals or international conferences.
He has been a coordinator or member of numerous national or international projects and has given specialized courses or lectures at over 20 universities in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Dr. Lorena Escandón is the graduate program director for the Master of Digital Media at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds a PhD in Engineering (Innovation Management) from École de technologie supérieure in Montreal, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from Lund University, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Universidad de Monterrey.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University, Dr. Escandón teaches courses on research methodology, entrepreneurship, and digital media entrepreneurship. She has also played key roles in organizing events and initiatives related to innovation and entrepreneurship. Lorena's commitment to academic excellence has earned her recognition, including the Dean's Service Award.

Her current research interests include digital transformation in the creative industries, innovation processes, and entrepreneurship. In addition to her academic pursuits, Lorena actively engages in community activities, volunteering as an instructor for entrepreneurship and STEM programs for young girls.

Hylton J Villet has 38+ years of organizational experience, including executive management. He is an experienced consultant in strategic planning, organizational development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sectors in Namibia and Africa. With 27 years in academia, he has taught management sciences at renowned universities. He has also held leadership positions in technology companies and served as a non-executive director in the financial and insurance industry. Currently, Dr. Villet is the Director at the Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business at Namibia University of Science and Technology.

Zuzana Hudcova is currently serving as Climate, Energy, Environment and Disaster Risk Reduction Officer at UNICEF Zambia. Whilst in the past she served as Junior WASH Officer at UNICEF Jordan, and co-founded Karvina Sustainably, Czech non-profit organization, Zuzana holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International Law from Newcastle University (UK) and (MSc) in International Development and Environmental Studies from University of Palacky (CZ). She was part of research team of Newcastle-Pittsburg Summer Research 2021, research in Sustainability and Climate change at the University of Innsbruck and she also was one of the poster panelists at The VIII Tarragona International Environmental Law Colloquium. Before her experience with the United Nations, she worked as a project manager and professor at PRIGO University where she worked on sustainability and skills development.
