„Hacking personal growth - the why, what and how.”

This lecture will touch on personal development from different perspectives. Participants will be able to utilise the gained knowledge into effective management of personal development and hopefully implement some of the tricks of the trade into programs they create in their home institutions.

This lecture will be conducted by an experienced international coach and HR manager who specializes in leadership and career development, succession planning, high potential employees, competence models, learning agility, talent development, performance management, knowledge sharing, employer branding, organisational design and culture.

10.05 Wednesday and 11.05 Thursday

„Develop your mental toughness and build on your work resilience”

For two days during practical workshops participants will be working with a professional coach on how to flourish their mental resilience as a factor for success in both professional and personal life. We will be guided by a professional MTQ coach who will support each participant in drawing up of their personal development plan. Participants will have time to reflect on their individual development plans and they all meet with the coach on Zoom for a final discussion and evaluation.

On Thursday afternoon, participants will travel by a hired coach to SOSINA Hotel Centre in Jaworzno, located by the lake and surrounded by beautiful forest where Mindfulness Camp will start.

The camp will kick off on Thursday evening with a 1.5h-2h relaxation combined with anti-stress training (heart coherence) and music therapy (please bring some loose, comfortable clothing with you).

12.05 Friday

Mindfullness Camp

On Friday we will start in the morning around 9:00h and for the next 7-8 hours we will be working with two fantastic coaches Aleksandra and Agnieszka on how to purge yourself of everyday tensions and stresses, distance yourself from problems, think 'out of the box' and learn new behaviours, push the boundaries of your daily comfort zone, build an improvised reality together. The activities will include some creative thinking, creative drawing, improvisation and laughter yoga, team building and idea party.

The camp will finish around 18:00h/19:00h. Bus will take the participants back to Dąbrowa.
