EQUATION Project: Third Meeting in Bled, Slovenia





On April 8-9, CEEMAN successfully hosted the Equation Conference, marking a key milestone in the Erasmus+ gender equality project (EQUATION). The event served as a vital forum for tackling gender disparities in higher education, with a particular focus on business schools.

- Identifying Challenges: Examining the specific barriers women face in academia and research.
- Structural Reforms: Emphasizing the importance of well-defined organizational frameworks that foster trust and inclusivity.
- Driving Change: Developing actionable strategies to integrate social justice and human rights into educational institutions.
Through dynamic discussions and knowledge-sharing, the conference laid a strong foundation for future initiatives aimed at advancing gender equality in education.
