The internship ought to be completed in a form of stationary on-site work in Poland or abroad.
A grade can be obtained by submitting original internship documents (wet stamps and hand signatures) to WSB University (by post or in person to the International Dean's Office in Dąbrowa Górnicza or Kraków, or to room 212 in Dąbrowa Górnicza during office hours).
The documents must be filled out appropriately and accoding to the internship procedure.
Only documents in English and Polish will be accepted.

Always attach previous correspondence.
Provide necessary information in e-mails:
Title: - Purpose of e-mail (e.g., initial documentation, final documentation for verification, consultation) - Internship I/II/III
Content: - Consise questions and/or explanations - Clearly state what is the reason for your e-mail
Signature: - Name and surname - Register number (student ID number) - Course of study - Cycle of study (First-cycle = Bachelor's; Second-cycle = Master's) - Year of study (1, 2, 3) - Semester of study (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) - Start date: month and year - Telephone number
You may send initial documentation via e-mail as scans to receive approval of your internship place (pictures will not be accepted).
You may send final documentation for initial verification via e-mail as scans.
You must submit original documents to WSB University to receive a passing grade. Scans and pictures will not be accepted.
You may fill out the documents electronically or by hand.
Digital signatures are not accepted (only hand signatures, "ePuap", or qualified electronic signatures - QES)
Keep copies of your documentation in case of mistakes.

The internship can be conducted abroad. While submitting initial documentation, please provide online links via e-mail to enable identification of the company in which the internship will be undertaken.
