Mobility for studies

Welcome to the Outgoing Study Mobility section of Erasmus+!

Here, you’ll find all the essential information for studying abroad through the Erasmus+ program. This section will walk you through the application process, provide details on available destinations, and offer practical tips to help you prepare for your mobility experience. Make the most of this opportunity to expand your skills, immerse yourself in new cultures, and enhance your global perspective with Erasmus+!

PARTNER UNIVERSITIES - STUDIES

When selecting a university for exchange or further studies, it's essential to ensure that the institution offers programs closely aligned with your field of study - column: student exchange (field of study (download the document Field of studies in our download section below). This ensures a smoother process for recognizing and transferring course credits.

While choosing a field outside of your main studies can offer valuable experiences, it’s essential to weigh this against the potential limitations in credit recognition.

The host university or institution indicated on the application form may be changed if selected for mobility.

Each student nominated by WSB University for the study exchange must complete the Learning Agreement. Those nominated are responsible for completing the formalities on time, according to the information received from the partner universities after the acceptance of their nomination.

Accommodation for studies

After submitting the application documents, the student contacts the partner university to arrange the formalities related to accommodation, arrival date, start of classes, etc. Most partner universities assist Erasmus students in finding accommodation, and some offer a place in a dormitory.

Legalization of Stay Abroad

Upon arrival at the host university, you must legalize your stay abroad. Since May 1, 2004, Polish citizens do not require visas, with the exception of staying in Turkey. Students going to Turkey under the Erasmus program should contact the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Warsaw to apply for a visa corresponding to the purpose of the planned stay (a visa for purposes other than tourism or business). Additional information is available on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.

Information on the legalization procedures for stays in various countries is available at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland's website: https://www.gov.pl/web/dyplomacja/informacje-dla-podrozujacych
