VR4Skills Project Releases Comprehensive Gap Analysis - March 2023
The VR4Skills project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program, has published a comprehensive Gap Analysis Report. This pivotal document identifies the existing skill gaps among non-academic staff in European higher education institutions, providing a foundation for developing targeted training modules enhanced by Virtual Reality (VR) technology.
Key Findings of the Gap Analysis:
- Digital Competencies: A significant need for advanced digital skills was identified, emphasizing the importance of proficiency in emerging technologies and digital tools essential for modern educational environments.
