FAQ -not recorded exams

1. Where can I find my login details?

A few days before the exam, the Electronic Examination Center sends a message to the student's e-mail address. The message contains:

  • basic information about the exam
  • pin code for both the exam and demo exam
  • manual for Students which includes: a link to the file installing the Inspera Exam Portal application, instructions for installing and taking the exam
  • duty roster of the Electronic Examination Center
  • GDPR documents

2. Why can't I enter my pin code?

The pin code can be entered 30 minutes before the start of the exam. Until then, the field to enter it is not displayed.

3. Will my exam be recorded?

Exams conducted in the Inspera Exam Portal are not recorded.

4. What can I do if I lose my internet connection during the exam/test?

In this case, please immediately contact the Electronic Examination Center at the telephone number 32 111 01 55. The CEE worker will instruct the Student on how to save exam paper to an encoded file and send it to CEE by e-mail.

5. What can I do if my computer does not meet the minimum system requirements?

In such a case, you should immediately contact the Electronic Examination Center by e-mail or telephone. CEE works from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is on duty every exam day. The CEE worker will instruct the Student on how to take part in the exam in an alternative way.

6. Can I take the exam in Inspera Exam Portal if I only have a computer with a Linux operating system?

Inspera Exam Portal is supported by Windows and MacOS operating systems. In such a case, you should immediately contact the Electronic Examination Center by e-mail or telephone. The CEE worker will instruct the Student on how to take part in the exam in an alternative way.

7. Can I go back to previous questions during the exam/test?

Yes, if the Teacher allowed it by entering the exam settings. In this case, a left arrow and/or a bar with question numbers will be available at the bottom of the screen.

8. Will I see the time left in the exam?

Throughout the exam, the time remaining to the end of the exam is visible in the upper left corner.

9. The system asked me for the Invigilator’s password, where can I find it?

The system asks for the Invigilaor’s  password only when the Student tries to stop the exam or tries to start it again after stopping the exam. In this case, you should immediately contact the Electronic Examination Center. The CEE worker will provide the student with the password and instruct them on how to continue the exam.

10. What can I do if technical problems occur while installing the Inspera Exam Portal application or taking the exam or during the exam?
