The adopted electronic examination Standard at the University includes recommendations and methodological, organizational, and technical requirements, with the primary goal of improving the process of verifying learning outcomes.

Key Guidelines for Instructors Regarding the Creation and Administration of E-Exams:
I. Organizational Requirements
Reporting the f exam/assessment dates to the Dean's Office
Informing the Electronic Examination Center about scheduled exam dates.
The deadline for submitting exams is set at a minimum of two weeks before the planned exam date.
II. Methodological Requirements for the exam question bank:
Creation an Information Card for students outlining the exam rules.
Development of an exam question bank using four different types of questions.
Randomization of questions.
Division into sections.
Number of questions in the exam question bank:
For 10 randomly selected questions, the bank must contain three times the number of questions.
For more than 11 randomly selected questions, the bank must contain twice the number of questions.
III. Technical Requirements:
Use of an additional technical time window of at least 15 minutes.
Providing students with access to the final grades.
IV. Recommendations and Best Practices:
Use of problem-based questions/case studies.
Preparation of the question bank at least 14 days before the exam.
Comprehensive question bank containing five times the number of questions/tasks drawn by the student.
Revision/addition of 10% of questions between sessions.
Incorporation of feedback for open-ended questions.
Use of advanced question types.
Implementation of text-to-speech functionality.
