EQUATION PROJECT - MEETING IN WARSAW
The EQUATION project is coordinated by CEEMAN and funded by the Erasmus+ program. Alongside Vistula University, the initiative includes participation from the Bled School of Management, WSB, and Riga Technical University. The project's primary objective is to promote gender equality in higher education, particularly in management and business schools. To achieve this, the program develops tools and training for universities, accrediting bodies, and their staff, equipping them to bridge gender gaps and drive lasting cultural and institutional change.
On November 9, participants gathered at the esteemed Vistula University, where they were warmly welcomed by the distinguished Rector, Prof. Wawrzyniec Konarski, PhD, and Vice-Rector Grzegorz Mathea, PhD. This inspiring setting provided a meaningful opportunity to explore Vistula University's rich approach to diversity management.
The meeting featured in-depth discussions on materials prepared for the Discussion at the 36th Businet Annual Conference – LTT, held on November 10, 2023. This dynamic exchange of ideas fostered a stimulating environment, enabling participants to engage with the latest trends and innovations in diversity and inclusion.
Beyond reviewing the project’s progress, attendees actively developed a strategic roadmap for future collaboration. This forward-thinking approach ensures the continuation of impactful initiatives and sustained partnerships.
