December 2025
WSB University is pleased to share that the WP3 Training Packages developed within the REBUILD project have now been fully finalised. The materials build on the findings from WP2 and insights gathered during the study visit in Italy, offering a comprehensive set of resources to support capacity building in sustainable reconstruction.
What the Training Packages Include
The finalised materials cover four key thematic areas essential for professionals involved in post‑crisis rebuilding:- EU regulations & norms
- Economic dimension and working with EU funding calls
- Re‑building techniques
- Digitisation in building and construction
Access and Next Steps
The Training Packages are currently available in PDF format and can be downloaded from the Deliverables section of the project website.
The Moodle-based e-learning platform is under development, and once completed, the materials will be uploaded as structured online lessons accessible to partners and trainers.Upcoming local workshops in partner countries will give participants the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge, exchange experiences and explore innovative techniques in sustainable reconstruction.
WSBU will continue supporting the dissemination of training resources and contributing to the visibility of project outcomes.

October–November 2025
Throughout October and November 2025, WSB University actively contributed to the development of Training Packages created under Work Package 3 of the REBUILD project. Following the study visit in Italy, partners began translating insights from WP2 analyses and field observations into structured educational materials.
The Training Packages cover four key themes essential for modern reconstruction and vocational training:
- EU regulations and norms
- Economic aspects and working with EU funding calls
- Re‑building techniques
- Digitisation in building and construction
As part of its dissemination role, WSBU supports the communication of progress and the preparation of materials for publication, ensuring that upcoming training resources reach the project’s target groups.
The Training Packages will be finalised by the end of November, translated in December, and later uploaded to the project’s Moodle platform for partner and trainer use.

On 27 October 2025, WSB took part in the 5th Coordination Meeting of the REBUILD project, held online with all partner institutions. The meeting focused on reviewing the latest project progress and planning the next steps for the upcoming months.
During the session, partners discussed updates in project management, development within WP3, and upcoming deliverables. As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination, WSB presented recent activities, including updates to the project website, social media channels and the latest newsletter.
The meeting also addressed upcoming deadlines related to the Interim Report, ensuring smooth coordination across all partner organisations. WSB continues to support the project’s visibility and communication efforts, contributing to the successful implementation of REBUILD.

September 9–11, 2025
WSB University took part in the international study visit in Italy organised within the REBUILD project, gathering partners from six countries to explore practical examples of sustainable reconstruction and heritage preservation.
During three days of field visits, participants had the opportunity to learn from Italian experts, visit reconstruction sites in Bologna, Ravenna, Spoleto and Preci, and exchange insights on modern strengthening techniques, restoration practices and sustainable design.
As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination, WSB University supported knowledge sharing during the visit, helping document the experience and promote collaboration among institutions involved in vocational education and post-crisis rebuilding.
This was the first of three study visits planned in REBUILD, with upcoming visits scheduled in Moldova (March 2026) and Georgia (June 2026).

Bologna (IT), 9 September 2025
The WSB team joined partners onsite in Bologna for the 4th Coordination Meeting of the REBUILD project. During the session, partners discussed progress on financial reporting and reviewed the development of the project’s training modules and Moodle platform under WP3.
WSB contributed updates on communication activities and presented upcoming dissemination steps, supporting the broad visibility of project results across target audiences. The meeting took place alongside the Study Visit in Italy, offering partners the opportunity to exchange experiences and align upcoming tasks.

WSBU will soon join project partners in Italy for an international Study Visit organised within the REBUILD project. The visit will bring together representatives from participating countries to exchange experiences and explore practical approaches to sustainable reconstruction.
As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination, WSBU will document key moments of the visit, promoting knowledge sharing and helping ensure that insights gathered during the study visit reach broader audiences.
The Study Visit will focus on:
✔️ observing real-life examples of successful preservation and revitalisation efforts,
✔️ exploring innovative reconstruction and building techniques during site visits,
✔️ learning from expert-led lectures on sustainable rebuilding practices.The experience will provide partners — including WSB University — with valuable practical knowledge and inspiration for implementing effective, sustainable approaches in their local contexts.

WSB took part in the 3rd Coordination Meeting of the REBUILD project, joining partners to review progress in the development of training content (WP3) and the completion of analytical tasks under WP2. As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination, WSB presented ongoing updates to the project website and social media channels, and shared plans for upcoming publications.
Our team continues to support the visibility of REBUILD activities and ensure consistent communication across the consortium.

June 2025
WSBU is pleased to announce the successful completion of Work Package 2 (WP2) within the REBUILD project. This phase focused on analysing the challenges faced by Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia in the context of catastrophic events and reconstruction needs.
As part of the consortium, WSBU contributed to communication and dissemination activities, supporting the visibility of WP2 results and ensuring that key findings reach stakeholders across partner countries.
Key outcomes of WP2 included:
- comprehensive analyses of catastrophic events in the target countries,
- reviews of reconstruction techniques and national procedures,
- an assessment of vocational education practices relevant to the reconstruction sector,
- preparation of materials that form the foundation for Work Package 3 – Training Packages.
All WP2 deliverables, including reports from study visits and analytical summaries, are now available on the REBUILD project website in the Deliverables section.
WSBU will continue to support the dissemination of results and take an active role as the project moves into the next phase.

During the last coordination meeting on June 9, 2025, REBUILD partners previewed a draft video report from the virtual study visit held on April 11, 2025.
We are now happy to share the final, full version of the video, which brings together partners from Italy, Poland, Austria, and institutions from Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine to:

✔️ Strengthen international cooperationThe video features moving footage from Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia, showing post-conflict challenges and everyday life. Despite being virtual, the visit fostered real connections and set the stage for future collaboration.
The REBUILD project supports the transfer of EU knowledge and good practices to non-EU countries, focusing on digital transition and post-crisis resilience.

On 9 June 2025, WSBU took part in the 2nd Coordination Meeting of the REBUILD project, during which partners reviewed recent progress and planned the next stages of implementation.
As the partner responsible for communication and dissemination, WSBU provided an update on ongoing outreach activities, including website management, social media updates and upcoming reporting deadlines related to communication tasks. This contribution supports the project’s visibility and ensures continuous information flow across partner countries.
During the meeting, partners discussed key updates from Work Package 2, upcoming tasks for WP3 scheduled to begin in July, and logistical planning for the September Study Visit. The coordinator, IIPLE, also presented financial reporting guidelines for the first semester of the project.
WSBU continues to actively contribute to the communication and dissemination components of the REBUILD project, strengthening cooperation within the consortium and supporting the successful implementation of project objectives.

On 11 April 2025, WSBU participated in the Virtual Study Visit organised within the REBUILD project, which gathered 38 participants from partner institutions and invited experts from across Eastern Europe. The event created an important space for exchanging experiences, best practices and perspectives on reconstruction, construction and vocational education.
During the visit, WSBU represented the communication and dissemination work package, actively contributing to the discussions and highlighting the importance of clear knowledge exchange within international partnerships. The event allowed WSB to strengthen cooperation with project partners and gain valuable insights for the upcoming training materials and dissemination activities.
Following the visit, a comprehensive report summarising partner contributions, presentations and key lessons learned was published on 30 April 2025. The report is available on the official Rebuild project website in the Deliverables section.

The ReBuild project has officially launched! During the inaugural meeting in January, project partners had the opportunity to get to know each other, exchange experiences, and discuss a shared vision for the project.
The discussions focused on the project's goals, timeline, and knowledge transfer challenges. Partners also presented their organizations and outlined plans for the realization of specific work packages. The meeting served as a platform for fostering collaboration among all partners.
The coming months will bring intensive work on needs analysis, training programs, and the implementation of innovative solutions. Any resulting reports or materials will be made available in the Deliverables section of the project website.
