Payment

Payment for studies is done after the successful interview and only via the official invoice sent by the admission officers. 

All other payments to unconfirmed bank accounts that do not have an official seal and stamp with a signature cannot and will not be accepted by WSBU.

Do not forget to specify your name and surname in the payment title in order for us to see the payment. You can add your application ID and/or faculty name for faster processing.


FAQ

  • Can I pay via my mobile bank?

    Yes, you can. Please make sure that you input the correct details and that the payment title corresponds to your name and surname as it is in your international passport. Please make sure to download the proof of payment as a PDF and then send it to us.

 

Please remember to save and print your Invoice. Some Embassies ask for it as part of the Visa application pack.

After payment the confirmation needs to be sent to your admission officer and uploaded to the website. It is important to do both as finalisation.
