The Online databases are available to:

• I and II cycle students,
• postgraduate students,
• doctoral students,
• scientific and teaching staff and administrative employees of WSB University,
• any non-student of WSB University (form library computers).

All acces is offered free of charge.

MEDLINE Complete covers a wide range of topics, including biomedicine, preclinical sciences, health policy development, and more. It is the largest database of full-text medical journals available. These include full-text journals without a grace period with the highest usage statistics in the MEDLINE index.

With archives of full-text articles dating back to 1916, MEDLINE Complete is the authoritative research tool in the medical literature and provides access to medical information in general medicine, health care, pharmacology, neurology, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, histology, microbiology and much more fields of medical sciences. The database indexes over 5,200 medical and biomedical journals according to the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) medical thesaurus.

EBSCOhost is a collection of full-text, multi-disciplinary databases (mainly in English) in the field of:

• medical sciences.

EBSCOhost records the content of scientific journals (approximately 8,000 titles), books, reports, as well as audiovisual materials.

Science Direct is a full-text database created by Elsevier containing electronic versions of Elsevier scientific journals, including tables of contents, bibliographic data, abstracts and full texts of articles.

Scopus is an interdisciplinary database of abstracts and citations from approximately 23,000 journals, 145,000 books, book series, conference reports and patents.

Springer Link is a multi-disciplinary, full-text database offering access to 1,140 Springer magazine titles, which allows you to search thousands of electronic journal titles, book series, and collections of electronic books published by Sprigner.

In order to be able to log in remotely to the WoS database (e.g. from a home computer), you must first create an individual user account in the WSB Academy network (after establishing a connection to the WoS database). This is necessary to gain full access to the database resources.

Web of Science - an interdisciplinary collection of databases of abstracts and citations from approximately 33,000 journals, including approximately 24,000 current journals, 60,000 books, conference reports and patents.

The 2022 Wiley national license includes access to 491 magazines selected from the full Wiley collection and 2,450 e-books published in 2009 and 2015.

ebookpoint BIBLIO (formerly NASBI)

It is an online library of professional e-books. The educational platform is available to students, employees, managers and academic staff. Using the ebookpoint BIBLIO database requires registration and providing an individual access code, which can be obtained by contacting the Library.
