We are implementing new teaching methods as part of the Enter CBL project - Boosting Entrepreneurial Mindset of Students with Challenge-Based Learning
CBL is a student-centered approach that encourages learners to actively engage in real-world challenges.
As part of another project meeting, WSB University employees Sabina Ratajczak, PhD., Pawel Urgacz and Omogbemi Solomon Kunle took part in a training conducted by ESTG - Politécnico do Porto in Felgueiras, Portugal. The training provided an opportunity to learn how technology and gamification are used in teaching at a leading Portuguese university. We shared experiences in innovative teaching methods and discussed the progress of a project aimed at implementing the innovative Challenge Based Learning teaching method in entrepreneurship teaching.
CBL is a student-centered approach that encourages learners to actively engage in real-world challenges. By integrating CBL with entrepreneurship education, we aim to develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a readiness to face the dynamic challenges of the business world.
The Enter CBL project is being implemented in an international consortium including, in addition to WSB University: Romanian American University (Romania), Polytechnic of Porto (Portugal), Istanbul Aydin University (Turkey), Businet - global higer education network (Belgium). Over the next year, each partner will pilot the implementation of the method and evaluate the model with students.
