The recruitment process begins with an open call for applicants, where students are invited to submit an application via the form below and add their resumes. A panel of experts will review the applications and will select the most promising candidates for further evaluation. Selected students are then invited to participate in a series of interviews, assessments, and group activities designed to evaluate their skills, knowledge, and potential.
