Host:  

Maria Kisiel – has a Master’s degree in Philology. For three years she has been working at Timken Polska as a Customer Service Coordinator for the German, Austrian, and Belgian markets. Before joining the Customer Service team, she spent 13 years teaching foreign languages. Maria can speak 6 languages and certainly doesn't plan on stopping there. Additionally, she has experience in the event industry. She is a singer, composer and song-writer. 

 

 

Patrycja Pojedyniec – Financial Analyst, working at Timken Polska for four years. She joined the finance team while still studying, gradually taking on positions of increasing responsibility. Currently, Patrycja's duties include supervising the accounting and reporting financial results of the company's three foreign branches, as well as managing the VAT settlement process. 

 

 

Julia Królik – Administrative Assistant since March 2023. She provides administrative support for Timken Polska Plant Manager, Board, HR & Finance department as well as Timken employees. She also coordinates business travels and internal communication processes, manages visitors and supports Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. 


 

Weronika Błachaniec – a relatively new Customer Service employee in the German-speaking team, has been with Timken Poland for over a year. She gained experience in customer service in her previous job as a sales specialist. Her education in German studies with a specialization in translation enables her to provide efficient and comprehensive customer service on a daily basis.

Training "Eye to eye with a recruiter - how to stand out on the labor market?" will focus on CV analysis, tips on how to prepare for a job interview and the recruitment process based on the example of PwC Service Delivery Center. After participating in the training, you will create a professional CV, easily prepare for a job interview, and become aware of what aspects are important from the employer's point of view.

Leader:

Anna Będkowska - A graduate of philological studies with a specialization in business language at the University of Silesia and Human Resources Management studies at the Częstochowa University of Technology. She started her career at PwC Service Delivery Center in 2022 in the Recruitment Team. She has worked with many large French companies in the field of recruitment, which allows her to constantly establish great relationships, both with candidates and clients. Many years of experience in recruitment processes in a constantly changing labor market gives her motivation for continuous learning and development. Privately, a lover of French culture and travel.


Magdalena Pszonak - She obtained her master's degree in English Philology with business language and Polish Philology with specialization in editing, text editing and teaching at the University of Silesia. She started her career at PwC Service Delivery Center in 2019, initially working in tax operational teams. In September 2021, she joined the Recruitment Team, where she serves as a coordinator. In his free time, he hikes in the mountains, paints pictures and reads books.
