Leader:
Maria Kisiel – has higher education in philology. He has been working at Timken Polska for three years, where he serves as a customer service coordinator for the German, Austrian and Belgian markets. Before joining the Customer Service team, she taught foreign languages for 13 years. Maria speaks 6 languages and that's definitely not the end. Additionally, he also has experience in the event industry. She has her own music band, is a composer and lyricist.
Patrycja Pojedyniec – Financial Analyst, associated with Timken Polska for four years. She joined the finance team while still studying, gradually taking on more and more responsible positions. Currently, Patrycja's work involves supervising the accounting and reporting the results of the company's three foreign branches, as well as providing comprehensive support for the VAT settlement process.
Julia Królik – Administrative Assistant since March 2023. She is responsible for administrative support for the Director of Timken Polska, the Management Board, finance and human resources departments and employees in general. Julia coordinates business trips, is responsible for organizing visits and internal company communication. At the same time, it supports Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Weronika Błachaniec – a relatively new Customer Service employee in the German-speaking team, associated with Timken Polska for over a year. She gained experience in customer service in her previous job as a sales specialist. Her education in German studies with a specialization in translation enables her to provide efficient and comprehensive customer service on a daily basis.
