Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025

The Career Program of the Polish Business Roundtable is a nationwide paid internship program across various companies, and it is the largest and oldest initiative of its kind in Poland. In the current edition, nearly 45 top domestic and international companies are offering almost 115 internships in 14 cities and towns: Gdańsk, Janów Podlaski, Kańczuga, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Lublin, Łeba, Łódź, Pieńków, Poznań, Radom, Sopot, Toruń, Warsaw, and Wrocław. Some companies also offer hybrid work options.

In the Career Program, individuals planning their careers can find paid internship offers in one place, in areas such as:

  • HR and human resources,
  • media, marketing, advertising, and PR,
  • IT and programming,
  • law,
  • data and analytics,
  • engineering and technical industries,
  • sales,
  • procurement,
  • logistics,
  • product management,
  • administration,
  • finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

Most internships take place during the summer, but schedules can be adjusted to participants’ preferences. Recruitment starts from the first day of the application period, and some offers may close early, so it is advisable to apply as soon as possible.

Depending on the company and position, interns will receive monthly compensation ranging from PLN 4,700 to PLN 8,300. The Career Program offers internships for both those with no prior experience and those who have already completed internships. One in three participants continues working with the company after completing the internship.

Organizers encourage companies to offer young people the opportunity to work directly with individuals who actually manage the business or department. In addition, interns can expect personal mentorship and a thoughtfully designed internship plan. The quality of internships is evaluated by participants themselves through an annual satisfaction survey.

The 22nd edition of the Career Program is held under the honorary patronage of the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the Minister of Development and Technology.

This year, many associations of Polish students abroad have become partners of the Career Program. They include:

  • From France: APGEF,
  • From the Netherlands: Eastern European Students Association and Polish Students Society Maastricht,
  • From the United Kingdom: Cambridge University Polish Society and the Federation of Polish Student Societies in the UK,
  • From the USA: Columbia Club of Poland and The Polish Club of Berkeley.

In 2025, internship recruitment runs from March 1 to May 15. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis from the first day of recruitment. Employers may close applications earlier. It is advisable to send your CV as soon as possible.
