The Academic Careers Office of WSB University Organizes the Meeting of the Silesian Network of Career Offices

The event was organized by the Academic Careers Office of WSB University, led by Iwona Karpińska – who also serves as the chairperson of the Silesian Network of Career Offices.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to take part in an interactive workshop titled “Building Bridges: Communication and Cooperation in the Network of Career Offices Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method,” conducted by Małgorzata Tomala-Małecka. The workshop aimed to improve communication and facilitate the exchange of experiences between career offices that support students on their path to entering the labor market.

By working with LEGO bricks, participants created metaphorical models illustrating the challenges and resources in their daily activities. The workshop helped identify key communication barriers and develop concrete ideas to enhance cooperation and support for students.

The meeting concluded with the Network’s deliberations, during which a new chairperson was elected, followed by networking that encouraged knowledge and experience exchange.

The Academic Careers Office of WSB University continues to actively support the development of cooperation among educational institutions in the region, focusing on innovative methods and effective actions for the benefit of students and graduates.
