- the rules for participating in the Work & Travel USA program, costs, and the recruitment process will be discussed,
- details of the lifeguard job offer and other available offers (including national parks, amusement parks, resorts) will be presented,
- recruiter from the American company High Sierra Pools will talk about what the job of a lifeguard at local swimming pools looks like and what conditions must be met to receive an offer.

Professional training is also provided, covering water rescue, first aid, CPR, pool operation, and water quality control.
