CHANGE OF LANGUAGE GROUP FOR STUDENTS WHOSE LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION IS OTHER THAN POLISH
(FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS)
1. A change from one language group to another may take place no later than after the completion of 1 semester, in which the language classes were held.
2. In order to be able to change your language group, you must fill in an application for a change of a language group. The application should be sent by e-mail to: studiumjezykowobcych@wsb.edu.pl.
3. Once the application has been verified and approved by the Department of Foreign Languages, the change is made.
4. If a student fails to pass semester 1 and applies for a language change, the student must first be granted conditional promotion for the course approved by the International Dean's Office, and only then apply for a change of language group.
5. If a student wishes to change language group later than the end of semester 1, then it is necessary to pass a level test in the language to which the change is to be made. The test takes place on the Inspera platform or can be taken directly at the university.
6. If a student wants to change from Business English to Wirtschaftdeutsch (Business German), an application for a change of language group must also be completed. In case of change in the foreign language course of German, Business English is not automatically changed to Wirtschaftdeutsch (Business German).
