VII International Staff Week 2025 at WSB University: Peer learning on ENTER-CBL and Challenge-Based Learning
In May 2025, WSB University hosted the VII International Staff Week 2025, bringing together international higher education professionals for networking, peer learning, and knowledge exchange. As part of the official programme, participants joined the workshop “Challenge Based Learning in sustainable entrepreneurship education – ENTER-CBL.”
The workshop created a practical space to explore how Challenge-Based Learning can be implemented in entrepreneurship education with a strong focus on sustainability. Discussions and activities focused on how real-world challenges can be used to engage students in teamwork, inquiry, evidence-based decision-making, and solution development aligned with contemporary societal and labour-market needs.
A key element of the session was capacity building through peer learning. Participants exchanged good practices and compared facilitation approaches across different institutional contexts, including ways to design challenges, structure teamwork, and support reflection and assessment in CBL-based courses.
The ENTER-CBL Platform and its resources were used as a reference point throughout the workshop. Participants explored how platform-enabled practices can support course delivery and quality improvement by providing structured materials, reusable tools, and guidance for teachers and learners. This strengthened the transfer of project outcomes into wider international practice and supported future collaboration around innovative entrepreneurship education.
