ENTER-CBL at World Entrepreneurship Week 2024 at WSB University - November 2024

World Entrepreneurship Week 2024 at WSB University on 20th of November 2024 : Bringing CBL into entrepreneurship education

In November 2024, WSB University joined the global celebrations of World Entrepreneurship Week by delivering a dedicated English-language workshop titled “Entrepreneurs of the Future Through Engaging Entrepreneurship Education”, led by Paweł Urgacz.

The session focused on one key message: students develop an entrepreneurial mindset most effectively when entrepreneurship is taught through action, teamwork, and real challenges, not only through theory. Participants explored how Challenge-Based Learning can turn entrepreneurship education into a structured process where learners investigate real problems, test ideas, and build solutions grounded in evidence and reflection.

Rather than presenting CBL as an abstract methodology, the workshop demonstrated how it can be implemented in everyday teaching practice. Examples and practical facilitation tips showed how to guide student teams through a challenge journey, support collaboration, and keep learning outcomes visible throughout the process.

A key part of the workshop was the transfer of ENTER-CBL platform resources into teaching and learning. Participants were introduced to the types of materials available in the ecosystem, including methodological guidance, course delivery frameworks, and practical tools that help educators structure CBL-based entrepreneurship courses in a clear and repeatable way.

By connecting World Entrepreneurship Week activities with project-developed resources, the workshop strengthened the uptake of CBL practice at WSB University and supported wider adoption of platform-enabled teaching approaches. The event also reinforced the role of international cooperation in improving entrepreneurship education and preparing learners to act as “entrepreneurs of the future” in dynamic and uncertain environments.
