As a key player in professional training in Emilia-Romagna, IIPLE collaborates with national and international networks to promote innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in construction.  
 

  • The University of Bologna (UNIBO), Italy.

Founded in 1088, is one of Europe's most prestigious and internationally engaged universities, with 93,000 students and 260 degree programs across five campuses. It actively participates in global education and research networks, contributing to numerous Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020 projects while fostering international mobility.   • Construct2. Georgia

Construct2 is a vocational construction school established through a public-private partnership between the Georgian Ministry of Education and BK Construction. Since its state authorization in 2019, it has focused on training highly qualified specialists through 11 short-term certified programs and long-term state-recognized education courses, combining theoretical learning with hands-on internships. With the backing of BK Construction, Construct2 ensures employment opportunities for graduates, supporting Georgia’s vocational education reform and workforce development in the construction industry.

  • Center of Excellence in Construction (IPCEC), Moldova.

IPCEC is the oldest professional technical institution in Moldova, with 92 years of experience and over 18,000 graduates in 12 construction-related fields. As a Center of Excellence since 2015, it provides training for students, teachers, and workers, offering accredited programs and competency certification in 15 occupations. IPCEC actively promotes ecological skills and the green transition through specialized training in renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable construction, collaborating with businesses and educational institutions to integrate energy-efficient practices.

  • College Spectri LEPL, Georgia.

Spectri is one of Georgia’s oldest vocational training institutions specializing in construction and engineering. It offers 24 vocational education programs across engineering fields like construction, energy, and industrial technology, as well as arts programs in design and fine arts. As a key partner of Tbilisi Municipality City Hall, College Spectri plays a crucial role in training skilled professionals for both public and private sectors in the Tbilisi region.

  • Lviv Applied College of Building, Architecture and Design, Ukraine.

The College has been a key institution for training specialists in the construction industry since 1940. It offers accredited programs in architecture, urban planning, design, civil engineering, and geodesy, with strong ties to Lviv Polytechnic University and other institutions. The college has produced around 30,000 graduates and collaborates closely with construction enterprises to enhance practical training.
