Looking for an opportunity to make new friends, experience cultural exchange, and develop your leadership skills? WSB University is searching for students to join our Erasmus Buddy Mentor Program!
As a Buddy Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in welcoming international students to our university. From helping them settle in and navigate campus life to participating in exciting trips and events, you’ll be an essential part of their Erasmus experience.

What will you do as a Buddy Mentor?
As an Erasmus Buddy Mentor, you have the extraordinary privilege of guiding and supporting incoming international students as they begin their Erasmus journey at WSB University. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes them into their new environment, offering a helping hand and a warm smile all while having fun and partaking in numerous trips and activities!
- Welcome international students with a friendly face and help them adapt to university life.
- Offer guidance on cultural norms, academic resources, and practical matters.
- Organize or join events that create a sense of community and belonging.
- Be a source of support throughout their Erasmus journey.

Who Can Apply to Be a Buddy Mentor?
The Erasmus Buddy Mentor Program at WSB University is open to all enthusiastic and proactive students who:
- Are studying at WSB University (any year or program).
- Have an interest in cultural exchange and meeting people from around the world.
- Are reliable, friendly, and willing to dedicate time to support and guide international students.
- Want to develop their interpersonal and organizational skills.
No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to make a difference!
