Prof. Iwona Klonowska on the Program Council of the Local Government Three Seas Congress

Prof. Iwona Klonowska, Dean of WSB University Warsaw, has been appointed to the Program Council of the Local Government Three Seas Congress—one of the most important events dedicated to cooperation among regions of Central and Eastern Europe.
The Program Council of the Local Government Three Seas Congress is responsible for the substantive framework of the event—it sets the main directions of the debates, identifies key challenges, and co-creates the Congress agenda. Its members include experts representing various environments: academia, public administration, and business practice.

The Local Government Three Seas Congress, organized in Lublin, serves as a platform for cooperation among regions of countries located between the Baltic, Adriatic, and Black Seas. The event brings together representatives of local governments, public institutions, academia, and business, focusing on areas such as infrastructure development, security, the economy, and regional integration.

The Three Seas Initiative plays an increasingly important role in the context of contemporary geopolitical and economic challenges, strengthening cooperation among Central and Eastern European countries and supporting the development of their potential.

The appointment of Prof. Iwona Klonowska to the Program Council signifies the inclusion of a representative of WSB University in the work of shaping one of the key events of international importance.
