Śląskie Techniczne Zakłady Naukowe in Katowice Become a Partner of Akademia WSB

Śląskie Techniczne Zakłady Naukowe in Katowice have joined the group of schools cooperating with Akademia WSB. The signed agreement opens a new stage of educational cooperation between the university and one of the oldest and most recognizable technical schools in the region. 

The agreement, on behalf of the Rector of Akademia WSB – prof. Zdzisława Dacko-Pikiewicz, was signed by dr Krzysztof Justyński – Vice-Dean for Education of Akademia WSB in Katowice and mgr inż. Ireneusz Boczek – Director of Śląskie Techniczne Zakłady Naukowe in Katowice. 

The cooperation assumes the development of joint educational initiatives, the exchange of experiences, and activities supporting students in preparing for further education and planning their career paths. Students of the school will be able to participate in selected events, workshops, and initiatives organized by Akademia WSB, while also becoming familiar with the academic environment and opportunities for further education. 

For many years, Śląskie Techniczne Zakłady Naukowe in Katowice have been developing modern forms of technical education, focusing on innovation, the development of competencies, and preparing young people for the challenges of the contemporary labor market. The established partnership creates space for further strengthening relations between secondary and academic education. 

Akademia WSB also conducts teaching activities in Katowice, developing its study offer and cooperation with schools and institutions in the region.
