With over 15 years of experience, Paweł Urgacz has made a significant contribution to the development of higher education, combining international partnerships, innovative teaching methods, and challenge-based learning aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As an expert in gamification, design thinking, and micro-learning, he has inspired thousands of students worldwide, while his business simulation game Brick by Brick is used by universities across Europe.
