WSB University at the EFMD Annual Conference 2026

Dr. Sabina Ratajczak, Vice-Rector for Development at WSB University, represented the University at the EFMD Annual Conference 2026 - one of the most important international events dedicated to management education, bringing together representatives of business schools and universities from around the world.

This year’s conference focused on the challenges facing higher education and business education in a rapidly changing environment. Participants discussed, among other topics, the impact of global transformations on the education of future managers, the role of responsible leadership, the influence of AI on teaching and learning, international cooperation, and the need to adapt study programmes to the expectations of new generations of students and the requirements of the contemporary labour market.

One of the most significant moments of the event was the official accreditation certificate ceremony. On behalf of WSB University, Dr. Sabina Ratajczak received the certificate confirming that the Master in Management programme had been awarded the prestigious EFMD accreditation.

Obtaining EFMD accreditation confirms the high quality of education, the international character of the programme, and its compliance with international standards of management education. It also constitutes recognition of WSB University’s efforts to continuously improve its teaching processes, strengthen cooperation with the socio-economic environment, and prepare graduates to function effectively in a complex and rapidly changing world.

Participation in the EFMD Annual Conference 2026 also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with representatives of universities and business schools from around the world, as well as to establish new partnerships supporting the further development and internationalisation of WSB University.
