The ceremony was attended by representatives of the diplomatic community, central and local government, and social and economic circles, including the Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland, Vasyl Bodnar.
The opening of the Consulate marks another important step in developing cooperation between Ukraine and the Silesian Voivodeship, including in the fields of the economy, education, research and international exchange.
WSB University has been developing international partnerships and academic initiatives for many years. The presence of the University’s representatives at the event therefore also provided an opportunity for meetings and discussions on further strengthening cross-border cooperation.
We congratulate Honorary Consul Luiz Hanania on assuming his role and wish him success in his efforts to develop Polish-Ukrainian relations.
