WSB University Diploma Award Ceremony in Żywiec

Graduates of WSB University in Żywiec ceremoniously completed an important stage of their educational journey. The Diploma Award Ceremony brought together graduates, their families, academic staff, and invited guests, providing an opportunity to celebrate their achievements together and reflect on the years of study.

Diplomas were presented by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr Dariusz Trojszczak, together with the graduates' thesis supervisors. Words of congratulations and wishes for continued success were addressed to the graduates by Małgorzata Pępek, Member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm), and Stanisław Kucharczyk, Deputy Governor of Żywiec County.

A particularly special moment of the ceremony was the recognition of the best graduates of the 2025/2026 academic year. Upon the recommendation of supervisors and reviewers, the Rector of WSB University awarded distinctions to 31 graduates who achieved the highest academic results or prepared the best diploma theses. The award recipients received 31 educational vouchers. They were also presented with books personally dedicated by their author, Tomasz Słoma, as well as vouchers funded by the event's partners.

Awards for the graduates were sponsored by: Mercure Szczyrk Resort, Hotel Pod Jedlami, Termy Szaflary, Paradowski Hair Salon in Międzybrodzie Bialskie, Resort Molo in Osiek, Lake View Żywiec, Helios Cinema, Geo-Park Glinka, Florka Dominika Liszka, Dworek Góralski, Cubus – Beskidy, Miętówka Family Coffee Roastery, Strefa 20 Food Concept, and Prawda Restaurant.

On behalf of all graduates, Anna Szeląg, MA, delivered a speech. She expressed her gratitude to the University Authorities, academic staff, and loved ones for the knowledge they had shared, their unwavering support, and the years spent learning together.

The artistic highlight of the event was a concert by Karolina Strzebońska, a quarter-finalist of the twelfth edition of The Voice of Poland. Her performance delighted the audience and gave the ceremony a truly unique and festive atmosphere.
