WSB University took part in the Erasmus+ study visit organized under the GITEKA Project, held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from 12 to 15 May 2025. Representing the university were Mr. Paweł Urgacz, Dean for Internationalization, and Denis Spahija, Deputy Director of International Relations, as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering international academic collaboration and innovation.
The event was hosted by the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca and brought together a dynamic consortium of academic and institutional partners from Poland, Albania, and Kosovo. The GITEKA Project focuses on aligning higher education with the needs of the manufacturing sector, particularly in the areas of green skills, youth employability, and sustainable development.
Over the course of four days, the study visit featured a comprehensive agenda that emphasized:
- Strategic collaboration and academic innovation
- Integration of curriculum modules tailored to industry demands
- Promotion of creative excellence in arts and design
- Cross-institutional knowledge sharing
- Development of micro-credentials and modern learning pathways
WSB University continues its involvement in the GITEKA Project, supporting cooperation between higher education and industry.
