On 28 April 2026, WSB University received a decision issued by the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA), under which the University was approved as an institution authorised to recruit foreign nationals and enable them to continue their studies for a period of five years. The obtained decision confirms that WSB University fulfils all legal, organisational, and formal requirements specified in the applicable provisions of Polish law concerning the education of international students. This means that the WSB University provides appropriate conditions for the implementation of the educational process, administrative support, and ensuring the legality of residence and studies of foreign nationals undertaking education in Poland.

WSB University has been consistently developing its international activities for many years, which has resulted in the University being ranked 1st in Poland in the category of internationalisation. The University offers a broad range of opportunities dedicated to international students, including the possibility of studying in Polish, English, and Russian, as well as participation in international exchange programmes, international internships, and projects carried out in cooperation with universities and institutions from around the world. Students also have the opportunity to obtain double degrees, Polish and foreign, which increases their competitiveness on the international labour market. Currently, WSB University offers 28 programmes delivered in English, cooperates with partners from 85 countries, and implements 14 international projects. Approximately 2,800 international students from 71 countries are currently studying at the University, creating a multicultural academic environment that fosters integration, exchange of experiences, and the development of intercultural competences. WSB University also undertakes activities in the field of internationalisation of study programmes, development of cooperation between students and academic staff from different countries, and internationalisation of scientific research.
