The ceremony was inaugurated by Prof. Łukasz Sułkowski - President of WSB University, who welcomed the graduates and their families.
The diploma award gala is a special opportunity to award our graduates with awards for the best diploma theses and very high academic results. In the academic year 2024/2025, at the request of supervisors and reviewers, the Rector of the WSB University awarded the authors of 4 diploma theses. Distinctions for very good academic results were awarded to 2 graduates.
Distinction for the highest average among graduates of first- and second-cycle studies from Mrs. Bożena Garbocz - Vice-Dean of the Branch Faculty in Krakow of the WSB University received:
- Mr. Vladyslav Iuzvak, who received a distinction for both a high average in the field of Management and for the master thesis in the field of Management entitled „Innovative enterprise projects management” written under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dmytro Diachkov, PhD.
- Mr. Oguzhan Cevik, who received a distinction for a high average in the field of Management, The authors of the best diploma theses received awards from Mrs. Bożena Garbocz - Vice-Dean of the Branch Faculty in Krakow of the WSB University.
- Ms. Gabriela Tęczar for the master thesis in the field of Management entitled „Strategic Brand Management in the Digital Age: The Impact of Social Media on Brand Perception and International Market Trends on the Basis of selected Brands”, written under the supervision of Anita Labus, PhD.
- Ms. Aya Baysal for the master thesis in the field of Management entitled „Lessons in Leadership: An Analysis of Shakespearean Characters”, written under the supervision of Agnieszka Wąsik, PhD.
- Ms. Aleksandra Gniewek for the master thesis in the field of Management entitled „Influence of Remote Work on Employees”, written under the supervision of Michał Wojtaszek, PhD.
- Ms. Leyla Mirzayeva, for the master thesis in the field of Management entitled “Analysing Apple Inc.'s Product Development Strategies and Their Impact on Global Markets”, written under supervision of Assoc. Prof. Andrzej Raszkowski, PhD.
The ceremony was honored with artistic performances by two talented students - Mary Atta-Panyi Agbenyeku and Luisa Tapasco Carvajal, who are also the Ambassadors of the University, and Rifat Maksudlu - our talented employee.
The Graduation Gala for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree graduates is not only a symbolic conclusion of their academic journey, but also a celebration of cultural diversity, openness, and the strength of our international academic community.
