YES! Erasmus+ is launching!
Are you a student or doctoral candidate who has taken part in a student exchange under Erasmus?
The “Your Experiences Story - YES! Erasmus+” competition is now launching. Share your experiences and win a trip to the European Parliament!
The Centre for Cooperation and Dialogue at the University of Warsaw invites you to take part in the nationwide photo and video competition “Your Experiences Story – YES! Erasmus+”, financed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The competition is intended for students and doctoral candidates of Polish universities who participated in academic mobility programmes in the 2024/2025 or 2025/2026 academic years. The prize is a four-day study visit to the seat of the European Parliament.
Until 31 August, the organisers are accepting competition entries that present, in an engaging and creative way, at least one of the following three themes:
- Learning – modern laboratories, libraries and classes;
- Cultural life – discovering traditions, everyday life and art;
- Community and society – international friendships and overcoming stereotypes.

YES! Erasmus+
To take part, simply prepare an original video or photograph and submit your entry through the competition website. What kinds of entries can be submitted?
VIDEO - an Instagram Reel marked with the hashtags #yeserasmus #yourexperiencestory #erasmus. Add the organiser’s profile, @yes_erasmus_, as a collaborator, and submit the Reel link in the application form when registering. The organisers are accepting entries in Full HD resolution, in vertical or horizontal format, lasting from 30 to 90 seconds and prepared in MP4 or MOV format.
PHOTO - a single high-quality photograph capturing the spirit of the mobility experience. JPG or PNG format, high resolution suitable for printing (a minimum of 300 DPI and at least 2,400 pixels on the longer side is recommended). The form will convert the entry to WebP format; in September, selected participants will be asked to submit a print-ready file by email.
Each participant may submit a maximum of one entry in each category. The entry may not be AI-generated or photomanipulated. Any works used – in particular music, sound effects, video material or graphics – must come from publicly available sources, or the participant must hold the rights or licences to use them. Competition participants must also ensure that they have the consent to use the likenesses of people appearing in their entries.
The authors of the best entries will receive a study visit to the seats of the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, combined with sightseeing in both cities, planned for November. The organiser will provide transport, accommodation, meals and insurance. In addition, the 12 best photographs will be featured in a limited-edition promotional calendar for 2027.
